Brianna Gawlik

Brianna Gawlik is The Crafty Realtor, combining her creative interests with her work in real estate. She enjoys bringing a hands-on, thoughtful approach to everything she does, both professionally and personally.

Brianna has volunteered with the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT) for the past eight years, supporting various events. She also supports Mission 615 through her church, a nonprofit focused on community outreach across Nashville by ministering to children and providing food service opportunities in local neighborhoods.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys pouring and painting ceramics with her granny, as well as creating Cricut and sublimation projects. When she’s not working, she spends most of her time crafting or being outdoors with her boys.

Brianna and her fiancé, David Edwards, are raising two sons, DJ and Waylon. A favorite family tradition is grabbing breakfast at the Greenbrier Waffle House on Sundays before church.
