Terri Johnson

Terri has been a licensed attorney since 2001 and a licensed real estate agent since 2017. Her background allows her to serve her clients in unique ways, particularly helping out-of-state buyers make Tennessee their home and guiding first-time homebuyers through their journey. Terri’s passion for staging shines when she uses her collection of beautiful flowers to help her sellers attract the best buyers. Terri has consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer since 2019, earning a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 with over $7.6 million in closings. She has also earned the Robertson County Association of Realtors Award of Excellence from 2019 through 2024. With a degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law, Terri brings a wealth of experience to her real estate work.

Outside of real estate, Terri enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, biking, swimming, and working out at the gym. She is passionate about cooking, gardening, and learning about healthy living. As a dedicated member of her church, she teaches children's Bible classes to "pay forward" the love and nurturing invested in her and her children. Her family has been her biggest cheerleaders, with her husband Robert Johnson, a successful business owner, by her side. They raised five children—Alexei, Amanda, Grant, Natalie, and Courtney—in the White House area and now enjoy the title of "Gigi" and "GrandBob" to their seven grandchildren (with more on the way!). Terri is known for her flexibility, often conducting business from her camper or beach pavilion while on family trips. She tailors her approach to each client's needs, whether meeting at the soccer field or over coffee, ensuring a personalized and convenient home buying and selling experience.

Terri and her family are Tennessee Vols fans and enjoy supporting local high school teams. You can often find them sharing a Sunday lunch at one of their favorite Mexican restaurants. Terri is also always ready for a strong black coffee and enjoys meeting people wherever she goes.
