Tiffany McCall, also known as The Nerdy Realtor, brings energy, curiosity, and a client-focused approach to every transaction. Licensed since 2023, she draws on a diverse background that includes a Veterinary Tech Certification from Greenville Technical College and a CompTIA Certification from Trident Technical College in South Carolina. Her unique perspective and love for learning help her connect with clients in a meaningful way—especially those who appreciate a little fun and a lot of heart. If you ask her for a corny dad joke—she’s always ready.
When she’s not working, Tiffany’s either reading (a lot), gaming, or chasing after her busy twins, Joseph Jr. and Delainey (9), who are active in soccer, cheer, and baseball. She and her husband, Joseph, stay involved in the local community, and Tiffany serves as a board member for White House Youth Baseball and Softball. They share their home with two lovable Shih Tzus, Leo and Mellie.
Tiffany’s favorite teams to cheer for are the ones her kids play on. Her favorite local spot is the Chocolate Covered Strawberry.
