With 49 years of real estate experience, Tim Murphy is a licensed broker whose dedication to his clients and community has defined his career. Over the decades, he has earned numerous sales awards and held several leadership positions, including President of the Robertson County Association of Realtors (RCAR) and Board Member for both RCAR and the Sumner County Association of Realtors.
Tim has built lasting relationships and an enduring reputation for trust and integrity.
He earned his associate degree from Volunteer State Community College and is involved in local service organizations, including the Lions Club and Kiwanis Club.
Outside of real estate, Tim enjoys cycling, shooting, and yard work. He and Sandra, his wife since 1970, have two daughters, Stacy and Sara, and share their home with their Aussie Doodle, Maggie. Tim has also proudly owned and operated White House Mini Storage since 1984.
Tim’s favorite local spot to eat is Colorado Grill, and he’s a Tennessee Vols fan.
